摘要 聚磺钻井液表面处理技术是通过表面活性剂的双憎作用,使钻井液中的黏土颗粒端面惰性化,利用其憎油作用提高钻井液的抗高温能力和抗污染能力。通过对处理剂的筛选,形成了一套聚磺表面处理钻井液配方。室内评价、现场应用结果表明,该聚磺表面处理钻井液具有优良的抑制性能、抗钻屑污染性能和润滑性能;配方简单,适用范围宽,容易配制和维护,满足温度为180~210℃、密度为1.8~2.05g/cm3的钻井工艺要求。 By adding surfactants in polymer Sulfonate drilling fluids,the activity of clay particles are 'dulled',thus improving the temperature stability and contamination tolerance of drilling fluids.A set of polymer sulfonate drilling fluids with surfactants were designed through laboratory experiments.Field application of these fluids showed that these fluids had good inhibition,and improved temperature stability.They were successfully used at temperatures of 180~210 ℃.Densities of these muds were between 1.80~2.05 g/cm3,and the cuttings contamination tolerance and lubricity of these muds were all satisfactory.
