摘要
前置液用量的设计与使用,基本上都是基于室内研究的指导性建议和现场实践经验,缺乏对于具体井况的最小前置液用量的设计方法。建立了模拟注水泥过程固井液体在套管内流动时的互混模拟实验装置,利用该装置研究了前后2种液体的密度差、液体的流变性能、雷诺数对前后2种液体在套管内流动时的互混量的影响规律,得出了各自的研究结果,该研究结果对于定量设计固井时的前置液用量具有参考价值。
Presently the amount of prepad fluids used is generally based on laboratory testing results and field experiences.No designing method as to the determination of the minimum amount of prepad fluids is available.An experimental device is designed to simulate the miscibility of cementing liquids flowing in a casing string during a cementing job.Laboratory study is conducted on the density difference of two liquids,the rheology of the liquids,and the effects of the Reynolds Number on the miscibility of the two liquids flowing in a casing string.The experiment results can be used as a reference in designing the amount of prepad fluid in oil well cementing.
