新形势下大学生思想政治教育面临严峻挑战。高校大学生思想政治教育工作存在教育机制不灵,针对性、实效性不强,教育环境不佳,缺乏保障机制等问题。提高大学生思想政治教育的有效性,应坚持以理想信念教育为核心,发挥校园文化的潜在作用,大力推进大学生形势政策教育,加强学生辅导员队伍建设。

To improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education should adhere to the ideals andbeliefs of education as the core and also insist in the following points： playing a pofential role in campus culture, promoting vigorously to the policy situation in the education of university students and strengthening the team of student counselors.
