心脉通对乳鼠心肌细胞氧化损伤过程中IL-6的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨中药复方心脉通对心肌细胞氧化损伤过程中产生的IL-6的影响。方法:将所培养的乳鼠心肌细胞分成四组,正常组、模型组、预防组、治疗组;用H2O2作用于乳鼠的心肌细胞造心肌缺血缺氧模型。模型组只加H2O2。用含心脉通的大鼠血清对损伤的心肌细胞进行干预,预防组和治疗组分别在加入H2O2前、后加含药血清。采取免疫细胞化学法染色和图像分析法测心肌细胞中IL-6的表达。结果:正常组心肌细胞未见有IL-6的表达;模型组心肌细胞的IL-6表达显著;心脉通药物组(预防组和治疗组)心肌细胞IL-6的表达与模型组的比较(P<0.05)明显减少。结论:心脉通具有抑制IL-6生成作用,无论是损伤前还是损伤后给药,两种方式都有效。中药复方可以预防或治疗心肌缺血缺氧损伤。 Objective: To explore the effect of a compound recipe Xinmaitong composed of TCM on the IL-6 from cardiocytes in isehemia. Methods : cardioeytes of neonate rats were devided into four groups: control group, model group, Xinmaitong' s preadministration group; Xinmaitong's treating group. H2O2 was used to make eardiocytes be analogous injury, serum containing Xinmaitong was used to reduse the injury befor or after H2O2. Staining by ICC (immunocytochemistry) and detecting and comparing the expression of IL-6 by image processing and analysis system. Results: there were not IL-6 in .cardioeytes of control group; there were much IL-6 in eardiocytes of model group; IL-6 of Xinmaitong's treating group were less significantly than model group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Chinese medicine herbs compound recipe Xinmaitong-medieated mouse serum have the effect against injury of eardioeytes caused by OFR such as H202 working, its mechnism could relate to reducing or inhibiting the expressing of IL-6 in the eardiocytes, the effect is nothing with preadministration or treating ways.
