发展旅游循环经济的政策引导体系初探

在分析旅游循环经济的内涵、作用、意义及实施的必要性的基础上,从政府、旅游企业和社会三大循环经济实施主体出发,结合涉及到的法律法规,经济、科技、教育、环境、消费等多方面政策,探索了适合我国旅游循环经济发展的政策引导体系。

Based on the analysis of connotation, function and definition of tourism circular economy as well as the necessity of the implement, mainly set forth from three implementation main body： govemment, tourist business and society, considered the policies on laws and regulations, economy, science and technology, education, environment, consumption and so on, the policy guidance system which suitable for tourism circular economy development in our country was explored.
