摘要 普通玻璃的熔点通常较高,为降低玻璃的熔点,选择本身熔点相对较低的PbO和B2O3作为原料,按照不同比例系数的配比,进行成玻实验。结果表明以PbO和B2O3为基质的玻璃不仅具有普通玻璃的基本性质,成玻性良好,并且其熔点明显较低,是一种比较理想的低温玻璃材料。 Ordinary glass usually has high melting-point. In order to obtain glass with relatively lower melting-point, PbO and B203 have been selected as raw material Since both of them have low melting-points themselves. A series of experiments have been conducted with varying ratios of the two ingridents. The results indicated that glass made from PbO and B2O3 has maintained the basic properties of ordinary glass and was easy to obtain. In particular, its melting-point was signifi regarded as promising material for manufacturing low cantly lower than ordinary glass. So PbO & B2O3 matrix is melting-point glass.
