要推动公安信息化发展,必须着力解决发展过程中存在的体制性、机制性和保障性问题。应牢固树立向信息化要警力、要战斗力的思想,以加强信息化基础设施建设,为信息化发展提供有力支撑;加强情报信息中心建设,建立交叉共享的应用机制;加强信息化运用工作,努力提高"全警应用"水平;加强保障机制建设,为信息化建设提供强有力的支持和服务。

To promote the development of public security information technology, it must strive to resolve the problems of system, mechanism and protection in the process of development. It should firmly establish the idea of asking for the police force and combat effectiveness from the information construction. To strengthen information technology infrastructure to provide strong support for the development of information technology; to strengthen intelligence and information center to establish the mechanisms of cross- application sharing; to strengthen the use of information technology work to strive to improve ＂all police application＂ level; and to strengthen the protection mechanisms in order to provide a strong information technology support and services.
