Let W be a finite reflection group and Wo be the longest element in W, then the action of Wo on W by conjugate is an automorphism of W. In this paper, we give the details of this automorphism. In the case of W is the corresponding Weyl group of an affine Weyl group W, we discuss this automorphism on W.
