摘要
目的研究阴极流道变化对PEM燃料电池性能的影响,比较不同阴极流道下的PEM燃料电池的性能和稳定性,优化阴极流道,找出阴阳极流道的最佳组合.方法运用燃料电池测试系统测量了PEM燃料电池的性能参数,比较在相同操作参数,相同阳极流道,不同的阴极流道对电池性能的影响.结果阳极交指/阴极交指流场燃料电池性能最好,阳极交指/阴极蛇形流场燃料电池性能其次,阳极交指/阴极平行流场燃料电池性能最低.阳极流道与阴极流道的最佳组合为阳极交指流道、阴极交指流道组成的流场为最佳组合流场.结论实验结果对PEM燃料电池的流道优化组合具有重要的参考作用,为其推广应用提供了参考依据.
The authors in this paper did research on the PEM fuel cell performance influenced by the cathode flow channel change, made comparison among PEM fuel cell performances and stability of the different cathode flow channel, optimized the cathode flow channel, and thus found the best combination of the cathode and anode flow. The PEM fuel cell performance parameters were measured by the use of fuel cell test system, and the effects of the same operating parameters, the same anode flow channel and different cathode flow channel on the battery performance were compared. The results indicated that cross-finger anode / cathode flow field of cross-finger was with the best fuel cell performance, cross-finger anode / cathode serpentine flow field of fuel cell performance was followed by, cross-finger anode / cathode flow field was parallel to the minimum fuel cell performance. The best combination of anode and cathode flow channel flow was anode flow channel cross-finger, the flow field composed of the cathode flow channel cross-refers was the best combination of flow field. The conclusion is that experimental results of the PEM fuel cell flow channel are of an important reference to the optimized combination and provide a reference basis for the use and popularity.
