摘要
针对中国城市普遍存在的交通拥挤、交通环境污染严重、交通资源利用效率低等问题,以及传统交通规划理论的不足,对交通规划理论进行研究.引入交通环境容量和交通环境承载力概念,建立了城市交通环境承载力模型,构建了城市生态交通规划的理论框架.研究表明,该理论框架充分考虑了交通环境承载力和交通发展的相互作用,通过确定合理的交通结构和土地利用模式,可提高城市交通环境容量,解决现有的城市交通问题,并促进生态城市的发展.
In China, all cities face such common problems as traffic jam, traffic pollution on environment, low effi- ciency of utilizing traffic resources, and the deficiency of traditional transportation planning theory.Those problems reveal the shortage of traditonal transportation planning theory. Traffic environment capacity and traffic environment carrying are introduced in the article. A theoretical frame is based on the environment carrying capacity of traffic.In the frame, the relationship of environmental carrying capacity with traffic development is set up.It is pointed out that the environmental carrying capacity can be increased through developing a rational traffic structure and establishing a scientific urban land utilization model. Thus an eco-city can be developed, and the sustainable development of traffic can be realized.
