摘要
目的研究EB病毒LMP-1、EBNA-2在滤泡上皮起源甲状腺肿瘤中的意义。方法应用Envision二步免疫组织化学方法检测LMP-1、EBNA-2在30例甲状腺乳头状癌、11例甲状腺滤泡癌、3例甲状腺未分化癌、9例滤泡腺瘤及5例桥本甲状腺炎中的表达。结果甲状腺肿瘤中LMP-1与EBNA-2表达均主要位于细胞质,偶见于细胞核,癌旁甲状腺组织为阴性;LMP-1和EBNA-2在甲状腺癌和滤泡腺瘤、乳头状癌和滤泡癌的表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);LMP-1与EBNA-2在甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡癌的表达无相关性。结论推测部分甲状腺癌的发生及演变可能与EBV感染有关,两者的关系还有待于进一步研究和探讨。
Objective Study the relationship between EB virus LMP - 1 ,EBNA - 2 and follicular epithelium neoplasm of the thyroid. Methods Envision immunohistochemical method were used to examine the expression of LMP - 1 ,EBNA - 2 and compared among the tumor specimens of thyroid papillary carcinoma( n = 30) , follicular carcinoma ( n = 11 ) , undifferentiated carcinoma ( n = 3 ) , follicular adenoma ( n = 10) , Hashimoto' s thyroiditis ( n = 5 ). Results LMP - 1 and EBNA - 2 were mainly located in the cytoplasm and rare in the nucleus, normal tissue around the carcinoma were negative; the differences of LMP - 1 and EBNA - 2 in thyroid carcinoma and follicular adenoma , papillary carcinoma and follicular carcinoma were no statistically significance. (P 〉 0.05) ; LMP - 1 and EBNA - 2 in papillary thyroid carcinoma had no correlation. Conclusion Some thyroid papillary carcinomas may be related to EB virus infection , the relationship has yet to be further studied.
