节能灯中汞的环境影响及对策分析 被引量:4

摘要 随着节能灯的大力推广,节能灯中的汞环境影响也日益受到重视。本文采用简化生命周期评价(SL-CA)方法对比分析节能灯和白炽灯不同生命周期阶段的汞排放量,并得出整个生命周期中节能灯的汞排放量远远小于白炽灯,但是节能灯汞的影响主要集中于生产和废弃两阶段。生产和过程标准的规范有助于减少节能灯的汞填充;而废弃后汞的回收处理主要集中与回收途径和成本负担,本文结合实地调查针对性提出相应的建议。 As the use of energy saving lamps is vigorously popularized, the environmental impact of energy saving lamps is becoming more of a concem. This paper uses simplified life cycle analysis(SLCA) to compare mercury emissions in different life cycle phases between energy saving lamps and incandescent lamps. Although the result tells in the whole life cycle the mercury emissions of energy saving lamps are much less than those of incandescent lamps, the mercury of energy saving lamps mostly has effect in production stage and abandoned stage. The standardization of production and process is helpful to reduce the amount of mercury in energy saving lamps, while on abandoned stage the recycle of mercury focuses on recovery ways and cost burden. After field investigation, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions.
