摘要
通过火焰钎焊的方法,实现铝合金(LF6)与奥氏体不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)的焊接.首先在不锈钢的表面热浸镀一层ZL102铝合金,然后采用搭接的形式对热浸镀层和铝合金进行焊接,并分析了焊接接头的微观组织和拉伸性能.试验结果表明,采用火焰钎焊的方法能够获得优质的焊接接头,但热浸镀层的结合强度低于母材、钎缝的强度.
By the measures of flame brazing,welding problems on aluminium alloy (LF6)and austenitic stainless steel(1Cr18Ni9Ti) are researched. A hot-dipped aluminum coating of ZL102 aluminium alloy is firstly performed on the surfaces of austenitic stainless steel, then the layers of hotdipped aluminum and aluminium alloy are welded by the shape of lap welding, and microstructure and tensile property of welded joint are analyzed. Experimental results represent that a good welded joint can be attained by application of flame brazing, but the combinative strength of the layer of hotdipped aluminum is less than that of basement and brazing slot.
