摘要
N*-Sc*相变序铁电液晶器件具有半"V"字形电光特性,可实现连续灰度.并且自发极化值小、视角宽、响应时间为μs量级,适合TFT-LCD,但控制层排列困难.针对此缺点,实验中通过分析直流电压对铁电液晶器件层排列的影响,测量了器件电光特性,提出了N*-Sc*相变序铁电液晶分子层排列模型.
Ferroelectric liquid crystal cell with a C (N *-Sc *) phase transition sequence can obtains continuous gray scale, which has the half "V" shaped electro-optical characteristics. It is suitable for TFr-LCD because of the small spontaneous polarization, wide view angle and microsecond fast response. But the layer alignment is difficult to control. In this paper, the influence of the DC voltage on molecular layer alignment is analyzed, the molecular layer alignment model is proposed.
