氨基酸锌的合成工艺与应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 氨基酸螯合锌是研究最早和应用最广泛的第三代锌添加剂,其优良的营养功能已有大量试验证实。与传统氨基酸锌螯合物制备工艺相比,采用微波固相合成法反应速度更快,并且产率高。
