摘要
本文论述了西欧和德国环保思想及方法的转变，存在的问题及对中国的几点启示。随着环境污染加重及人们对环境认识的改变，作为环保手段的空间规划日益受到城市生态学的影响，人们正在偿试利用城市生态学理论制订一体化的城市和区域空间规划，并取得了较大的进展。然而，由于环境污染的综合性和复杂性，在空间规划中仍存在着工业企业、居住、文化等用地与生态目标的冲突。尽管如此，西欧和德国有关空间规划思想、原则、各用地类型比例变化趋势及交通对空间规划的影响仍有借鉴意义。
The environmental protection idea of West Europe and Germany and its Changing and existing problems as well as the enlightenment to China have been described in the present article. With the increase of environmental pollution and the change of human knowledge to environment, the space programme as means of environmental protection has been influenced by urban ecology. The theory of urban ecology has been tried to make combined urban and regional space programme with great progress. However, there exists some conflict between the occupied lands by industrial enterprises, housing and culture and the ecological targets due to the comprehensiveness and complexity of environmental pollution. The idea and principle for space programme, the proportion change tendency of different types of occupied lands and effect of communication on space programme have referential importance to China.
