摘要
介绍子午线轮胎制造过程的监控、诊断和管理系统的三层结构模型。现场设备通过串口与上位机组成分布式系统进行信息交换。现场监控服务器安装实时检测与诊断软件,对现场生产进行实时监控并将信息发布到互联网。远程监控服务器安装远程诊断与协同维修管理软件,提供监控信息远程访问功能。经生产现场调试证明,该监控系统能够有效完成监控任务。
Three tier architecture model of monitoring, diagnosis and management system for radial tire manufacturing process was introduced. Information was exchanged through the distributed system composing of field device and host computer with serial port. Field monitoring server with real-time detection and diagnosis software monitored production process and posted production information to the Web. Remote monitoring server with co-management software for remote diagnosis and maintenance provided the function of remote monitoring. After the commissioning, it was confirmed that monitoring system could effectively complete the task.
