偏二甲基肼急性中毒对大鼠血中丙酮酸和α-酮戍二酸的影响

摘要 从机体糖代谢角度初步探索偏二甲基肼急性中毒的生化机理,采用紫外分光光度法实验检测了大鼠血中丙酮酸、α-酮戍二酸的含量。实验结果显示:偏二甲基肼染毒后,大鼠血中丙酮酸含量降低,特别是染毒60min和90min时,各剂量组丙酮酸含量显著地降低(p<0.01);各剂量组α-酮戍二酸含量亦明显降低,且存在一定的量效和时效关系。这些结果提示,偏二甲基肼可影响机体糖代谢,干扰糖的有氧氧化过程,继而引起能量代谢障碍,导致中枢神经系统中毒。 he experiment studied the biochemical mechanism of acute toxic effect of UDMH after intracheal injection from glucometabolism.The effect of UDMH on pyruate and αketoglutarate(αKG) in rat blood were detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The experimental results showed as follows:1.The level of pyruate in rat blood had a decrease tendency,especially at 60 and 90 min,the level of pyruate decreased significantly at all doses (p<0.01).2.The level of αKG decreased remarkablely.These results suggested that UDMH could cause the disturbance of glucometabolism and the energy metabolism disorder,and then cause neurotoxicity.
