补阳还五汤加减对2型糖尿病患者血脂、血液流变学及胰岛素抵抗的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨补阳还五汤加减对2型糖尿病患者血脂、血液流变学及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法将90例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,均予胰岛素强化治疗1个月以上。治疗组50例予补阳还五汤加减,日1剂,分早晚2次服;对照组40例予阿托伐他汀10 mg,每晚1次口服。2组均连续治疗3个月后统计疗效。2组均于治疗前后测定:空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白AⅠ(ApoAⅠ)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)]和血液流变学各指标。结果治疗组治疗后FPG、FINSI、SI及血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoAⅠ、ApoB)均明显改善,与本组治疗前和对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血液流变学各指标均明显改善,与本组治疗前和对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论补阳还五汤加减能改善2型糖尿病患者的脂代谢紊乱、血液流变学异常及提高胰岛素敏感性,从而对2型糖尿病患者的慢性血管并发症有较好的预防和治疗作用。 Objective To study the influence of Buyanghuanwu decoction on blood sugar, hemorheology and insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes. Methods 90 eases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, study group ( n = 50) and control group ( n = 40) . After patients in two groups were given insulin intensive treatment, patients in treatment group ( n = 50) was given Buyanghuanwu decoction bid, while patients in control group was given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 10 mg, qn IX). The therapeutic course was 3 months in beth groups. FPG,FINS,ISI,TG,TC,HDL- C, LDL - C, ApoA I , ApoB and indexes of hemorheology were measured before and after treatment in two groups. Results The indexes of hemorheology, FPG, FINS, ISI and the level of blood fat after the treatment in treatment group were all improved significantly in comparison with those before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Buyanghuanwu decoction could improve lipid metabolism disorder and hemorheology 'abnormality, and increase insulin sensitivity. Thus it has good prevented and curative effect on chronic vascular complication of type 2 diabetes.
