摘要
目的建立反向高效液相（RP-HPLC）法测定阿胶益寿口服液中二苯乙烯苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为320 nm。结果用RP-HPLC法测定二苯乙烯苷的线性范围为0.05-0.80μg,平均回收率为99.47%,RSD=0.80%（n=6）。结论RP-HPLC法简单、快速、准确,可用于阿胶益寿口服液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a RP - HPLC method for the determination of Chrysophenine in Ejiaoyishou oral liquid. Methods The sample was separated with an Agilent Zorbax SB C 18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% HCOOH in a mode of gradient elution. The flow rate was set at 1.0 ml/min. The UV detective wavelength was set at 320 lml. Results The linear range was 0.05 g - 0.80 g. The average recovery was 99. 47%, RSD= 0.80% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it can be used for quality control of Ejiaoyishou oral liquid.
