摘要 目的建立原子荧光光谱法测定聚乳酸中微量元素锡.方法采用AFS-920型双道氢化物-原子荧光光度计.结果锡的浓度在2~20ng·mL-1的范围内荧光强度与进样浓度呈良好线性关系,r=0.9996;平均回收率为102.98%,RSD=6.02%,最低检出限为0.5032ng·mL-1.结论本方法简便、准确,灵敏度高. OBJECTIVE To establish an atomatic fluorescence method to determine the content of Sn in PLA. METHODS The AFS--920 dual paths hydride--atom fluorescence photometer was performed. RESULTS The calibra- tion curve was linear in the range of 2-20ng·mL^-1;The average recovery was 102.98%, RSD was 6.02%. The detection limit was 0. 5032ng·mL^-1. CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and sensitive.
