摘要
采用固体分散法结合冷冻干燥工艺制备他克莫司滴眼剂,并进行稳定性和兔眼刺激性考察,结果表明,该制剂2～8℃贮存2年稳定性良好,无刺激性,是理想的临床用药.
Taerolimus Eye Drops were prepared by solid dispersion method and followed by lyophilization, the stability and the irritant test on rabbit eyes were investigated. The results showed that Tacrolimus Eye Drops had been stable stored at 2-8℃ for 2 years and had no eye irritation on rabbit eye balls. It was feasible for the clinical application.
