张裕至宝三鞭酒新旧配方补血活血的初步实验研究

Preliminary studies of the old and new prescription of Changyu Tzepao Sanpien Jiu in nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation

目的观察并比较张裕至宝三鞭酒新旧配方的补血和活血作用.方法1.KM小鼠随机分为正常对照组、三鞭酒旧配方中剂量组、新配方小剂量组、新配方中剂量组和新配方大剂量组.建立小鼠急性失血性贫血模型,旧方三鞭酒组给予人用量20倍的旧方三鞭酒,新方三鞭酒小、中、大剂量组分别给予人用量10倍、20倍和40倍的新方三鞭酒,连续7d.测定失血前后和治疗前后外周血红蛋白(Hb)含量和红细胞(RBC)数.2.Wistar中老年大鼠随机分为空白对照中老年组、三鞭酒旧配方中老年组、新配方小剂量中老年组、新配方中剂量中老年组、新配方大剂量中老年组,并设青年大鼠空白对照组.给药情况同上,连续灌胃10d后,测定全血低切(10s-1)、中切(50s-1)、高切(150s-1)粘度.结果1.灌胃7d后,新旧配方三鞭酒组小鼠的Hb和RBC数明显增加,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.001),且新配方中剂量作用优于旧配方.2.新旧配方三鞭酒对老年大鼠全血血粘度均有降低趋势,但与空白对照组比较无显著性差异.结论张裕至宝三鞭酒新旧配方均有补血活血作用,其中新配方的补血作用略强于旧配方.

OBJECTIVE To compare the old and new prescription of Changyu Tzepao Sanpien Jiu （CTSJ） in nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation. METHODS 1. Acute blood loss model in mice was established. Old CTSJ group animals were administered old prespcription by gavage of 20 times dosage of human＇s, three new CTSJ groups were administered new presciption of 10,20 and 40 times dosage of human＇s, respectively,control group was administered same volume of distilled wa- ter. All groups were treated for 7 days. Before and after blood loss and after treating,the peripheral red blood cell count and he- moglobin content were tested. 2. Wistar elderly rats were divided into control group,old CTSJ group, three new CISJ groups of three dosgaes, younger rat group was also established. The treatment was as above.After 10 days treating, blood was taken from inferior vena cava. The low （10s^-1）-, medium （50s^-1）-and high （150s^-1 ） -- shear whole blood viscosity was tested. RESULTS 1. After 7 days treating, the concentration of hemoglobin and red blood cell count of old and new CTSJ groups were significantly higher than control group（P〈0. 001）,and the new prescription is better than the old. 2. The old and new CTSJ could both decreased the blood viscosity of elderly rat, but had no statistic significance compared with control group. CONCLUSION The new and old prescriptions of CTSJ both have the effects of nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,and the new one is a little better than the old in nourishing blood.
