超顺磁性氧化铁标记骨髓间充质干细胞生物学特性及MR示踪成像研究进展

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(mesenchymalstem cells,MSC)具有多向分化潜能,是良好的组织工程、基因工程的载体细胞。因此,通过移植MSC于活体内,对于创伤性疾病和组织缺损的修复与重建,具有广阔的临床应用前景。而细胞移植后在活体内示踪成为随之而来的研究重点。传统的示踪方法,如荧光染料标记、核酸标记等均需在离体状态下鉴定,难以满足干细胞移植进入临床的需求。因此,如何无创伤性地在活体内监测移植干细胞的分布、迁移及转归等生物学行为,评估干细胞移植的效果,一直是困扰医学科研工作者的难题。
