阿奇霉素联合痰热清注射液治疗成人肺炎支原体肺炎疗效观察

Azithromycin United Tanreqing injection in treatment of adult pneumonia Mycoplasma pneumoniae Clinical Observation

[目的]观察痰热清注射液辅助阿奇霉素治疗成人肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。[方法]将临床确诊为肺炎支原体肺炎的患者80例随机分为治疗组与对照组，两组分别常规使用阿奇霉素，治疗组加用痰热清注射液，每日1次。[结果]治疗组治疗肺炎支原体肺炎退热时间、3个月时随访复发率与对照组无显著性差异（P〉0．05），咳嗽消失时间、肺部哆音消失时间、X线吸收消散时间，治疗组均明显短于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。[结论]痰热清注射液辅助阿奇霉素治疗成人肺炎支原体肺炎疗效良好，能缩短疗程。

[ Objective] To observe Tanreqing Injection Azithromycin treatment of adult pneumonia, myco- plasma pneumonia clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] Clinical diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia patients 80 cases were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group, the two groups separately using conventional azithromycin treatment group were Tanreqing Injection, 1 times daily. [ Results ] The treatment group mycoplasma pneumonia fever time, 3 months follow - up the relapse rate with the control group, no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） , the disappearance time of cough, pulmonary rale disappearance time, X - ray absorptiometry to dissipate time, the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group, two groups have significant difference （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion]Tanreqing Injection Azithromycin treatment of adult pneumonia, mycoplasma pneumonia good effect, could shorten the course of treatment.
