阿德福韦酯联合扶正解毒汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎34例

Adefovir dipivoxil combined FJD treatment 34 cases of chronic hepatitis B

[目的]观察扶正、解毒类中药配伍与阿德福韦酯联合应用治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。[方法]68例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组，对照组口服阿德福韦酯，10mg／次，1次／d；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服扶正解毒汤。[结果]治疗组患者血清ALT、AST、TBil改善、HBeAg阴转、HBeAg血清转换率及HBVDNA阴转率均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]扶正解毒汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎可增强抗HBV作用，改善肝功能疗效显著。

[ Objective] To observe Fuzheng, detoxification Chinese medicine in combination with adefovir dipivoxil for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B treatment. [ Methods ] 68 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group adefovir dipivoxil oral, 10mg/ time, 1 times/d ; treatment group therapy in the control group based on to take FJD. [ Results ] The treatment group patients with ALT, AST, TBil improvement, HBeAg negative, HBeAg seroeonversion rates and conversion rates HBVDNA are better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Fuzheng Decoction combined adefovir dipivoxil treatment of chronic hepatitis B could enhance the anti -HBV role in improving the efficacy of liver function significantly.
