摘要
[目的]探讨中药超声雾化治疗眼干症的临床疗效。[方法]将126例252眼，随机分为两组。中药雾化组63例，采用中药雾化治疗，日1次，玻璃酸钠滴眼液，日5次，滴眼；对照组63例，玻璃酸钠滴眼液，日5次滴眼。治疗15天为1个疗程。[结果]中药雾化组，总有效率95．24％；对照组，总有效率63．49％。[讨论]中西医结合治疗干眼症疗效显著。
[ Objective ] The purpose of this study was to explore the treatment of dry eye symptoms clinical efficacy with ultrasonic spray Chinese medicine. [ Methods ] 126 patients （252 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups ： Atomized group of Chinese medicine：63 patients, ultrasonic spray treatment using traditional Chinese medicine Once a day,Drops of sodium hyaluronate eye drops 5 times daily. The control group：63 patients, Drops of sodium hyaluronate eye drops 5 times daily . Treatment of one course of treatment for 15 days. [Results] Atomized group of Chinese medicine： The total effective rate 95.24%. The control group： The total effective rate 63.49%.
