Fulfilling Duty of Safety Supervision Department and Establishing Long-term Effective Mechanism of Safety Management

结合几年来广东电网公司安全监督部门工作以及建章立制、不断提炼、深化改革、持续改进的实际情况,对建立安全管理的长效机制等方面主要工作进行回顾;并结合广东电网公司发展核心价值、现代企业"创先"战略要求,提出对安全管理的创新方法。

Combined with the work of safety supervision department in Guangdong Power Grid Corporation in recent years and the actualities of establishing safety regulations, deepening reform and making continuous improvement, this paper looks back to the main work in such aspects as establishing long-term effective mechanism of safety management. An innovation method for safety management is provided according to the development core value of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation and the strategic requirements of modern enterprises.
