摘要
分布式发电(distributed generation,DG)与电力系统并网运行使得配电系统从放射状无源网络变为分布有中小型电源的有源网络,配电网中短路电流的大小、流向和分布也发生了变化,为此,对原有的接地故障选线原理在新的配电网架构下的适应性进行了研究。分析了非故障线路和故障线路分别发生单相短路时,在经高值电阻接地系统和经消弧线圈接地系统中引入DG对以零序和负序电气量作为判据的接地选线装置动作准确性的影响,并提出可以通过增加新的方法判据来保证接地选线的可靠性。
Distributed generation (DG) in power system converts the radial passive distribution network into active network with small and medium-sized power sources. The magnitude, direction and distribution of the short-circuit current in the distribution network are also changed. The adaptability of original fault line selection theories in distribution system with DG units is studied. Aiming at single-phase short circuit respectively on non-fault line and fault line, the effect of DG in highresistance earthed system and arc-suppression-coil earthed system on the performance of fault locator with zero-sequence and negative-sequence electric quantity as criteria is analyzed. The appending of new operation criteria is suggested to ensure the reliability of fault location.
