高压带电显示器在配电设备“五防”中的应用

High-voltage Displaying Device Used in Preventing Electric Maloperation on Power Distribution Equipment

针对传统的高压带电显示器存在闭锁不可靠、将高压引入二次设备、显示灯亮度低和故障率高等问题,研制了新型开关柜用高压带电显示装置。该装置带有无源强制闭锁节点输出,可方便地与常规闭锁回路配合;以发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)显示代替氖灯显示,提高了指示的稳定性;通过感应式传感器引入信号,消除了将高压引入二次系统的安全隐患。最后结合案例介绍了新型开关柜用高压带电显示装置在配电网开关柜中的应用。

To solve the problems of conventional HV displaying device such as unreliable blocking, introducing HV into secondary equipment, low luminance and high failure rate of indicator light, a new HV displaying device for switch cabinet has been developed. The device is equipped with passive forced-blocking node output to facilitate the coordination with conventional blocking circuit, uses light emitting diode （LED） in place of neon tube for display to improve the indication stability, and introduces signals via inductosyn to eliminate the hidden trouble of introducing HV into the secondary system. The application of the new HV displaying device to switch cabinets of distribution network is described in combination with cases.
