保乳术后调强放疗和部分乳腺照射

摘要 保留乳房治疗作为早期乳腺癌重要的治疗选择手段已经获得了广泛的共识。近年来，随着乳腺癌患者对治疗后生活质量要求的不断提高，放疗技术进展更多地着眼于改善乳房长期的美观效果、降低心肺等重要器官的放射损伤。临床上在开展的三维适形和调强放疗技术，具有靶区剂量更均匀、心肺损伤更少等剂量学优点，正在逐步取代传统的简单的二维治疗.在选择性患者中以“部分乳腺照射”来代替全乳放疗，也是近年来挑战传统放疗模式的重要趋势。
