软肝和脾丸对肝纤维化模型大鼠的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨软肝和脾丸对肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法:用四氯化碳建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,给予软肝和脾丸混悬液治疗8周。测定血清和肝脏匀浆丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的表达,VG染色检测肝脏组织中胶原纤维的表达,免疫组化检测肝组织转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)的表达。结果:软肝和脾丸能减轻肝纤维化的组织病理改变,降低肝纤维化大鼠肝组织胶原纤维的表达。软肝和脾丸可显著抑制MDA、NO、NOS、TGF-β1和PDGF的表达(P<0.01)。结论:软肝和脾丸对肝纤维化有治疗作用,其作用机制可能与影响MDA、NO、NOS、TGF-β1和PDGF的表达水平相关。
