摘要
文章通过对循环经济促进法律关系中政府、企业、公众、非政府组织等主体各自的法律权利和法律义务的分析,阐明各主体间的关系,期望达到正确认识各主体在循环经济促进法中的地位和作用,以更有效地保障和促进循环经济的发展。
The paper analyzes the legal rights and legal duties of government, enterprise, public and NGO respectively in circular economy promotion law. And then the relationships of legal subjects can be set forth. By the way of recognizing the subjects＇ positions and functions, circular economy development can be availably ensured and promoted.
