摘要
文章阐述了高科技产业集群竞争优势形成的理论基础以及高科技产业形成的基本要素条件,通过对高科技企业知识传播与知识创新过程的分析,提出了四个有利于产业集群竞争优势形成的互联网动力机制:开放的网络系统空间、广阔的虚拟市场、多用户参与以及多样的个性化服务。一个地区的集群环境不仅为企业创造了有大量商户参与的机会,还可以分散市场风险及增加地区稳定。就此而言,互联网的出现并没有完全抵消企业地域集中所带来的地理优势。
The paper describes the theoretical basis of the competitive advantage formation in clusters of high - tech firms, as well as the basic conditions of the formation for high - tech industries. By analyzing the process of knowledge dissemination and innovation in high - tech enterprises, it brings forward the following four Dynamics that the Internet promotes competitive advantage coming true in industrial clusters : the opening network systems space, the broad virtual market, multi - user participation as well as variety of individuation service. A localized environment in a cluster not only creates lots of opportunities for firms which involve numerous firms, but also may disperse market risks and increases the stability of region. In this respect, the emergence of the Internet does not fully eliminate the geographical advantage of firms' concentrations.
