75例婴儿喘息型肺炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 75 Infants with Asthmatic Pneumonia

目的：为探讨婴儿喘息型肺炎的临床特点及诱发因素。方法：分析在2008年12月至2009年1月我科收治的75例婴儿喘息型肺炎的临床表现,实验室检查结果。结果：喘息型肺炎除咳嗽气喘外,尚伴有发热（20%）、呕吐（26.6%）、腹泻（33.3%）、烦燥不安（26.6%）等,且易伴发心肌受损。肥胖、先心病、低IgG血症是其诱发因素。结论：婴儿喘息型肺炎临床表现为多系统受损,肥胖、先心病、免疫缺陷促使其发生。

Objective： To discuss the clinical characteristics and inducing factors of asthmatic pneumonia in infant. Method： The clinical manifestations and examination results of 75 cases with asthmatic pneumonia in our department from Dec. 2008 to Jan. 2009 were analyzed. Result： Apart from cough and asthma, asthmatic pneumonia accompanied with fever （20%）, vomiting （26. 6 %） , diarrhea （33.3 %） and dysphoria （26.6 % ）. Obesity, congenital heart disease and lowered serum IgG are inducing factors. Conclusion： The clinical manifestation of asthmatic pneumonia in infants is multiple systemic damages. It is easily to appear in infant with obesity, congenital heart disease and immunodeficiency.
