颈椎病的综合康复治疗

Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment in Cervical Spondylosis

目的：研究以电脑中频疗法、温热疗法、手法治疗、往复式牵引等为主的综合治疗对颈椎病的康复效果。方法：将73例颈椎病患者随机分为2组;对照组35例,予单纯手法进行处理;治疗组38例,加用电脑中频疗法、温热疗法、往复式牵引等综合治疗,两个疗程后对患者进行疗效评定。结果：对照组痊愈14例、显效9例、有效9例、无效3例;治疗组痊愈23例、显效9例、有效5例、无效1例,经秩和检验,治疗组疗效优于对照组（u=2.00,P〈0.05）。结论：综合治疗颈椎病的康复效果显著,可发挥各疗法的协同作用,起到整复小关节促进血液循环、松解粘连、解痉止痛的功效。

Objective： To study the rehabilitation effect of computerized medium-frequency electrotherapy, thermotherapy, manipulation and reciprocating traction in cervical spondylosis. Method： 73 cases with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases in control group were simply treated with manipulation, while 38 cases in treatment group were added computerized medium-frequency electrotherapy, thermotherapy and reciprocating traction. The curative effect was evaluated after two courses of treatment. Result： In control group, 14 cases were cured, 9 cases of obvious effect, 9 of effect and 3 of no effect; while in treatment group, 23 cases of recovery, 9 of obvious effect, 5 of effect and 1 of no effect. The effect of treatment group is superior to control group by rank sum test （u= 2.00, p〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of cervical spondylosis with comprehensive rehabilitation has obvious effect, which can promote blood circulation, relax adhesion and relieve spasm and pain.
