我院门诊与住院药房降脂药的使用情况分析

Analysis Using of Lipid-lowering Drugs in Outpatient Pharmacy and Inpatient Pharmacy of Our Hospital

目的：了解我院门诊药房与住院药房调脂药物的应用情况。方法：对2007年1月～2008年6月门诊药房和住院药房调脂药物的品种、用药金额、用药频度等进行分析。结果：调脂药中的阿托伐他汀钙（门诊除外）无论消耗金额和DDDs一直位居首位。结论：我院调脂药物的使用符合经济、适用原则,他汀类药物仍是调脂药物的主流药品。

Objective： Understand using of lipid-lowering drugs in outpatient pharmacy and inpatient pharmacy of our hospital. Methods： Analysis the varieties, amount,frequency of lipid-lowering drugs from January 2007 to June 2008 in outpatient pharmacy and inpatient pharmacy Results： Atorvastatin calcium of Lipid-lowering drugs （except for out-patient pharmacy） whether the amount consumed principle in our hospital. or DDDS have been ranked first Conclusion： Using of lipid-lowering drugs with economy, applicable Statins are still the mainstream of lipid drugs.
