The Risk Factors and Prevention Strategies for In-hospital Infection

目的：分析住院患者院内感染原因,减轻患者躯体和精神痛苦,减少医疗纠纷发生。方法：通过规范临床操作、强调洗手重要性、有效管理损伤性废弃物,做好标准预防工作。结果：找出真实的危险因素,防治结合,降低院内感染发生率。结论：医疗护理工作中必须严格执行各项规章制度,掌握抗菌素合理使用原则,熟知医院感染诊断标准,注重院感监测工作。

Objective： To analyze the causes of in-hospital infection so as to relieve the somatic and pschiatric pain of patients and reduce the occurrence of medical debate. Methods： To do the standard prevention better through regulation of clinical manipulation, stressing importance of washing hands and managing the injury waste effectievely. Results： To find out the true risk factors and reduce the incidence of in- hospital infection through combination of prevention and treatment. Conclusions： In the routine nursing care and medical work, the regulations must be complied strictly, the antibiotics must be used rationally in accordance with their principles, the diagnosis ceiteria of in-hospital infection must be mastered fluently and supervision must be paid more attention.
