血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症病人顽固性皮肤瘙痒的护理

Nursing on Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Refractory Skin Itch in Uremia Patients

探讨血液灌流器串联血液透析器治疗尿毒症顽固性皮肤瘙痒病人的术中操作、并发症护理。方法：通过对18例尿毒症引起的顽固性皮肤瘙痒病人行血液灌流透析治疗的观察,总结常见的护理问题产生的因素及措施。结果：治疗显效8例,明显好转9例,无效1例。结论：掌握操作技术,有效血管通路的建立,术中的密切观察,并发症的护理是保证治疗效果的关键。

Objective： To discuss the operative process, complications nursing and method on hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in the treatment of refractory skin itch in uremia patients. Method： 18 uremia patients with refractory skin itch were performed hemoperfusion and hemodialysis. The common factors caused by nursing and countermeasures were summarized. Result： 8 cases had obvious effect, 9 were obviously improved, and 1 had no effect. Conclusion： The mastering of operative technique, effective establishment of vascular access, close observation and complications nursing are the key to the treatment effect.
