Anti-aging effect of Baishen oral liquid : An experimental study

摘要 目的:观察百参口服液抗衰老作用。方法:将雌雄各半的50只KM小鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、模型组、高、中、低剂量给药组,每组10只。空白对照组皮下注射生理盐水,5g.mL-1,1次/天,衰老模型组皮下注射D-半乳糖(5g.k-g 1),1次/天,各给药组在D-半乳糖致衰老的基础上,不同剂量连续给药42d后,处死,采血,分离血清并测定生化指标。结果:百参口服液能使小鼠血清GSH-Px活性明显上升。结论:百参口服液可延缓小鼠衰老,提高抗氧化能力。 Objective:To observe the anti--aging effect of Baishen oral liquid. Method:50 male and female mice geban KM were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group,aging model and low, middle and high dosage groups of Baishen oral liquid with 10 mice in each. The control mice were injected subcutaneously with 5mL·kg^-1 saline once daily,and the mice of the aging model group,with 5g·kg^-1 D--galactose once daily, and the mice of low, middle and high dosage groups of Baishen oral liquid,after their aging models were induced with D--galactose, were given low,middle and high dosages,respectively for 42 days,then killed and serum was separated for the determination of biochemical parameters. Result:Baishen oral liquid could increase the activity of serum SOD. Conclusion : Baishen oral liquid has some effects on aging delay, and has obviously antioxidation.
