摘要 为研究化纤工业对水域生态的长期效应,首次在实验室研究了化纤工业废水中主要污染物乙醛、对苯二甲酸、乙二醇对大型(Daphniamagna)生殖周期和繁殖数量的影响。实验结果表明,乙醛浓度低于6mg/L时,对大型首次和第二次生殖周期无影响。7~10mg/L时,使首次生殖周期推迟1~2d,使第二次生殖周期提前1~2d。对苯二甲酸浓度32mg/L以下时,对首次和第二次生殖周期基本无影响;64~256mg/L时,使首次生殖周期均推迟1~2d,第二次生殖周期均缩短1~2d。乙二醇浓度在1000mg/L以下时,对首次生殖周期无影响;2000~4000mg/L时,推迟首次生殖周期1d;浓度低于4000mg/L时,对第二次生殖周期无影响。乙醛浓度在5mg/L以下时,对首次和第二次繁殖数量无显著影响,浓度在6~10mg/L时,显著降低其繁殖数量,分别降低38.3%~74.1%和12.8%~65.3%。对苯二甲酸浓度低于32mg/L时,对首次繁殖数量无显著影响,浓度在64~256mg/L时,降低首次繁殖数量62.9%~75.3%;浓度低于16mg/L时,对第二次繁殖数量无显著影响,浓度在32~256mg/L时,使第二次繁殖数? 狪n this paper, the effects of main pollutants acetaldehyde, pphthalic acid and ethylene glycol in fibre wastewater on reproduction of Daphnia magna were first investigated. Experimental results show that acetaldehyde at concentration lower than 6 mg/L has no influence on first and second reproduction periods of Daphnia magna;and at concentration of 7~10 mg/L delays first reproduction period of Daphnia magna by 1~2 days and shortens second reproduction periods by 1~2 days. pphthalic acid at concentration lower than 32 mg/L has no influence on first and second reproduction periods, and at concentration of 64 ~ 256 mg/L delays first reproduction period by 1~2 days and second reproduction period shortens by 1~2 days. Ethylene glycol at concentration lower than 1000 mg/L has no poor influence on first reproduction period;and at concentration of 2000~4000 mg/L delays first reproduction period by 1 day;and at concentration lower than 4000 mg/L has no influence on second reproduction period. Acetaldehyde at concentration lower than 5 mg/L has no influence on first and second reproduction numbers of Daphnia magna;and at concentration of 6~10 mg/L decreases first and second reproduction numbers by 38.3%~ 74.1% and 12.8% ~65.3%, respectively. pphthalic acid at concentration lower than 32 mg/L has no influence on first reproduction number;and at concentration of 64~256 mg/L,decreases first reproduction number by 62.9% ~75.3%,while at concentration lower than 16 mg/L has no influence on second reproduction number,and at concentration of 32~256 mg/L,decreases second reproduction number by 37.8%~78.1%. Ethylene glycol at concentration lower than 500 mg/L has no influence on first and second reproduction numbers, and at concentration of 1000~4000 mg/L, decreases first and second reproduction numbers by 32.3%~77.8% and 42.2%~60.9% respectively.
