摘要
采用PVA包埋反硝化菌,研究了其脱氮特性并与未包埋菌进行了对比。结果表明,相对于未包埋反硝化菌,包埋菌进行废水脱氮时的最适宜pH值及温度未变,为pH=8和30℃,但在外界环境超出最适范围时,表现出明显的耐受性,尤其是在低温(10℃)下。另外包埋菌在低浓度DO或高浓度NH+4存在的条件下其脱氮活性均远高于未包埋菌。
The denitrification characters of denitrifying bacteria immobilized by PVA were studied in this paper,compared with that of free bacteria. It's showed that the optimum pH value and temperature of immobilized denitrifying bacteria were 8 and 30℃ respectively.They are as same as that of free bacteria.When it was not in optimum condition, immobilized denitrifying bacteria's activity was greater than that of free bacteria.Immobilized denitrifying bacteria had more resistance to low temperature(10℃),DO low concentration and NH_4^+ high concentration than that of free bacteria.
