摘要
针对我国农业科研院所种子产业发展面临的新挑战,结合江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所组建种业公司的运作实践,分析了农业科研单位发展种子产业对做深科研、做强产业、做优效益,加快科技成果转化等方面的作用,并探讨了促进农业科研院所种子产业再发展的相应对策。
In dealing with the opportunities and challenges of the seed industry of Chinas agricul- tural research institutes and combining the business practice of the seed company set up by this institu- te,the paper analyzed the effects of research institutes＇developing seed industry on such aspects as deepening scientific research, booming seed industry, improving efficiency and speeding up transformation of research results, and discussed the appropriate strategies on the development of seed industry initiated by agricultural research institutes.
