摘要
综述了香稻的渊源、分类与特点,香味遗传、香味基因的分子标记与定位、香味的检测方法和香稻的育种方法、栽培技术;并对香稻育种研究作了进一步展望,旨在为加快育成高产优质多抗的香稻新品种(系)提供参考。
The progress of study on aromatic rice was concisely summarized in terms of its origin, classification and characteristics,heredity of aroma, molecular marker systems and mapping of aro- matic gene, test for aroma, breeding methods, cultural practices and breeding prospects, providing a reference material for quickly breeding new aromatic rice cultivars（lines）with high yields, good quality and adverse resistance.
