低硬度动态硫化SBR/EVA热塑性弹性体的制备及性能 被引量:7

Preparation and Properties of SBR/EVA Thermoplastic Elastomer Prepared Through Dynamic Vulcanization

摘要 采用动态硫化法制备了SBR/EVA热塑性弹性体(简称:SE弹性体),并对其力学性能及微观相态结构进行了研究。结果表明:在实验范围内,SE弹性体呈现出典型弹性体软而韧的应力—应变行为;当SBR/EVA共混比在70/30~60/40之间时,SE弹性体表现出良好的综合性能。显微镜照片表明:SE弹性体拉伸断面较平滑;SBR粒状物平均尺寸为10μm左右,较均匀地分散在EVA基体中。 The styrene-- butadiene rubber (SBR)/ethylene-- vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) t hermoplastic elastomer was prepared by using dynamic vulcanization, and the mechanical properties, morphology of the fracture surface and phase structure of the SBR/EVA thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) were investigated. The results showed that the stress--strain curves of SBR/EVA TPV showed the obvious elastomer behavior when the SBR content was in the range of our experiment in TPV. The comprehensive properties of the TPV were good when SBR/EVA blending ratio were 70/ 30- 60/40. SEM showed that the fracture surface morphology of the SBR/EVA TPV was relatively smooth, the SBR vulcanizates particles were 10μm and dispersed in the EVA continuous phase evenly.
