减锌硫化活性剂SR709在NBR中的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究了低锌含量新型硫化活性剂SR709用量对NBR/硫黄硫化橡胶各项性能的影响,并与含ZnO的胶料进行了对比。结果表明:SR709对NBR/硫黄硫化橡胶具有明显的活性作用;添加3份SR709,胶料综合性能最佳,硫化橡胶力学性能、回弹性、耐热空气老化性和压缩永久变形达到添加5份ZnO的硫化橡胶相应水平,而3份SR709锌含量仅为5份ZnO的28%。因此,SR709可替代ZnO在NBR中使用,达到减锌环保的目的。 Effects of low zinc content curing active agent SR709 and its dosage on the properties of the sulfur-cured NBR were studied, and compared with the compounds containing ZnO. The result in- dicated that SR709 had obvious curing active effect to the sulfur-cured NBR. The comprehensive properties of the compounds were good by adding 3 phr SR709. The mechanical properties, elastic resili- ence, hot air aging resistance and compression set of the vulcanizate containing 3 phr SR709 were closed to those of the vulcanizate containing 5 phr ZnO, while the zinc content of the compounds adding 3 phr SR709 was only 28% of that of the compounds adding 5 phr ZnO. SR709 could be used in NBR in place of ZnO.
