摘要
目的探索白介素-6(IL-6)和巨噬细胞活化趋化因子-1(Mac-1)抗体在脑缺血再灌注损伤时对粒细胞与血管内皮细胞黏附性的影响。方法利用微管吸吮技术研究IL-6和Mac-1抗体对脑缺血后粒细胞与内皮细胞黏附力和黏附应力的影响。结果IL-6可加强粒细胞与内皮细胞的黏附,Mac-1抗体对粒细胞与内皮细胞的黏附有抑制作用。结论IL-6可以通过加强粒细胞黏附而损伤组织,Mac-1抗体有可能成为治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的有效途径之一。
Objective To investigate role of IL-6 and anti-Mac-1 antibody to adhesion between neutrophils and endothelial cells after cerebral ischemic reperfusion. Methods Effect of IL-6 and anti Mac-1 antibody on the adhesion force and adhesion stress be- tween neutrophils and endothelial cells after cerebral ischemic reperfusion was measured by means of micropipett aspiration tech- nique. Results IL-6 promoted adhesion between neutrophils and endothelial cells, while anti-Macq antibody inhibited this adhe sion. Conclusion IL-6 may injure the tissues by increasing adhesion between neutrophils and endothelial cells. Application of anti- adhesion molecule antibody might be an effective measure to the prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebral vascular diseades.
