摘要
目的建立以高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定呋喃唑酮片含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Ultimate（250mm×4．6mm，5／Lm），流动相为甲醇：水（25：75），柱温为30。C，流速为1．OmL／min，检测波长为364nm。结果浓度在20～300μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0．9996）；平均加样回收率为100．9％，RSD=1．02％（n=6）。结论本方法简便、重现性好、专属性强，可用于呋喃唑酮片的质量控制。
Objective To determine furazolidone tablets by HPLC. Methods Hypersil Ultimate（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）column was used for the HPLC determination,and the mobile phase consisted of Methanol-Water（25 ： 75）at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min phase. The detection wavelength was 364nm. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 20- 300μg （r= 0. 999 6）. The average recovery was 100.9% with RSD of RSD 1.02%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple ,reproducible, specific and suitable for the quality control of Furazolidone tablets
