摘要
本文以SPCE061A为核心,在PID自整定算法的基础上构建了一种基于半导体制冷的小型温度控制系统。通过实验证明,采用这种温度控制系统,如果合理选择制冷片和散热片,可将制冷药液冷却至7℃以下,且温度变化范围基本在±0.5℃以内。
In this paper,making SPCE061A as a core, a small -scale temperature control system for the semiconductor refrigeration is built based on PID parameter selftuning algorithm. Experiments have proved that if reasonably selecting refrigeration chip,heat sink medicine liquid can be cooled to below 7℃, and the tempera- ture change at the scope of the basic within ±0.5℃ by using this temperature control system.
