This paper gives a brief introduction and analysis on how to control total amount pollutants in water by the example of the technical innovation project in High Voltage Switch Factory of Shenyang.Based on the ask of RPA,Liaoning EPB and Shenyang EPB about controlling the total amount water pollutants,it's put into practice for the business to the environment management and put forword the approaches for the total amount control to reduce water pollutants' discharge.
